The returns policy applies without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for by current legislation.

The period for informing us of your intention to return is seven (7) working days from the moment you receive the package.

We remind you that if the reason for the return/exchange is not attributable to our error, you will be charged 10% of the merchandise value plus the shipping costs for collection.

To proceed with the return, please fill out the returns form and email it to bolsaplast@bolsaplast.com

You will shortly receive authorisation and confirmation of the collection date, or of shipment if you prefer. A case number will be assigned to you to expedite tracking. A copy of this document must be placed inside the box and another on the outside.

Should a collection be requested and the goods are not prepared on the agreed day for our transport agency to collect, you will be charged the shipping price (€10 + VAT).

In the event of a refund, this will be made after the received goods have been checked and authorised by our claims department. Likewise, the condition of the product will be checked to ensure it is suitable.

No returns accepted for discontinued or tampered-with items.
