Our return/refund policy will remain in effect notwithstanding the Right of Withdrawal set forth in current law.
The timeframe to notify us that you intend to make a return is seven (7) working days from the date that you receive your package.
We remind you that if the reason for the refund/exchange is not attributable to an error on our part, you will be charged 10% of the merchandise's value, plus the shipping fees for the return.
To process your return/refund, you must fill out the return form and send it via e-mail to bolsaplast@bolsaplast.com
You will then receive an authorization number and confirmation of the date that your return will be picked up, or the return shipping date if you prefer to ship the return yourself. You will be given a return authorization number to facilitate tracking. A copy of your return authorization document must be included inside the box and another one should be placed outside.
In the event that you request that your return be picked up and the merchandise is not ready on the date set by our transport agency to pick up your package, you will be charged an extra shipping fee (10€+VAT).
In the event a refund/credit is in order, it will be processed once the merchandise received has been verified and our customer service department authorizes the request. Likewise, the state of the returned product will be verified.
Products that are discontinued or which have been opened or used may not be returned.
